   Hi, there is nothing to worry about or feel embarrass of. ....All females go through this time at certain age....Now what you have to do is that you should go out and get the necessary stuff for this time..... Also you have to make sure that you also take care of yourself as in the beginning you might suffer some cramps and period pains. Make sure you take some pain killers for that. Relax yourself and keep your daily routine as you used to have......and it will be over after a few days.....take care!
