You will receive a notification letter from ICA Singaporeif your photograph is rejected. You may re-submit a new photograph using the photo re-submission slip enclosed with the notification letter. Alternatively, you may re-submit your new photograph at the Infomation counter at Level 3, ICA Singapore Building. Upon receipt of the new photo, we will process the passport application. You will be notified by post to collect the new passport once it is ready.
