    Procedure for Renewal of Singapore Passport at Counter applications may be made at the service counters at Passports Section, Citizen Services Centre, 3rd Storey, ICA Building. Please ensure that you have the relevant required documents. Applicants below 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

    There is no need to complete any forms. Counter staff will guide you through the application, and a personalised application will be printed for you at the counter.
