   i would start with brushing everyday morning and night. beside brushing i would make sure i use other oral mediums to take care of my teeth.  There are many products on the market that claim and often do whiten your smile. Many contain baking soda (bicarbonate of Soda). So cut out the middle man and use your own baking soda.
