Andy Murray has consistently stated the night matches at the US Open produce the best atmosphere; American crowds simply know how to enjoy themselves, unlike the Brits, Aussies and French.

    It is fair to say the American crowds create more general hubbub than the other majors, especially during the points. It doesn't suit all players, but Andy Murray is certinaly one who seems to thrive in such conditions.
