We are celebrating carnevale at home this year and we are giving a big party at home. I want to know that about food italian people eat during carnevale.

     Italians during the carnevela eat migliaccio di polenta made with corn meal, sausages, and grated cheese, cooked over the stove. They also eat allot of simpler pasteries and fritters.
