Prostate cancer starts in the prostate gland. Prostate is a part of the reproductive system in man. It is wrapped around the urethra. Nowadays PSA testing enables to detect prostate cancer easily and the symptoms of these cancers can easily be found. There are some general symptoms of prostate cancer but most of these symptoms are associated with the noncancerous conditions. Some of these symptoms are:

    Urinary Hesitance

Dribbling of urination, especially after the urination

    Retention of Urination

    Pain with Urination

    Pain with Ejaculation

    Pain in the lower back

Pain in the Movement of Bowel

Some of the symptoms that can occur with this disease are:

    Excessive urination at night

    Leakage of Urination

Pain in the bones or tenderness

    Blood in the urine

    Abdominal pain

    Low red blood cell count

    Unintentional weight loss

    Lethargy

The causes of prostate cancer are still unknown, some studies suggest that there is a relationship between high and dietary intake of the fat and also the increased level of testerone. Prostate cancer is the third largest common cause of death from cancer in men of all ages and is also the common cause of death from cancer in men over 75. It is very rarely found in men who are younger than 40.

    African American men

Men who are older than 60
