   Toyota Ractis is a small compact car which is produced by the Japanese automakers Toyota and Kanto Auto works. It is a five seater model which is based on the Vitz, and was introduced in the October 2005, it is the successor of Yaris Verso. The name Ractis was derived from words like Run, Activity and space. The car is offered a lot of space and practicality. The second generation of Ractis was unveiled at the 2010 Paris Motor show as a Toyota Verso-S. The introduction of the Verso-S shows the entry of Toyota into the European B-MPV segment. When it hits the market, the Verso-S will be having the shortest of length of any MPV in its class in the Europe.
   
   There are now two options available for the engines, like there is 1.33 litre gasoline engine and the other is 1.4 litre D-4D turbo Diesel engine both are fitted with standard or 6 speed manual gearboxes. There are some options available with gasoline engine such as Multidrive S, continuously variable transmission that features 7 speed sequential paddle shift mode. The petrol engines provide a much better fuel mileage like 42.8 mpg and the diesel model of this vehicle has the mileage of 55 mpg.
   
   There is a little criticism of the car like that its engine does not match its size but the overall score of this vehicle is pretty good and it can provide us good value.
