Well then, are you aware you may be allergic to tomatoes? Yes, there definitely exists a thing like tomato allergy. Food allergies are on a high rise and prevail on the health of most of the allergic patients. But since tomatoes are very commonly used food items, the fact that they can be allergenic, is not easily digestible. But, not for all are tomatoes allergenic. Only for some people whose immune system is more reactive towards them. Though the incidences are less common, but the symptoms and reactions of tomato allergy are not less severe. They may correspond with a few symptoms of various other food allergies.
