Whirlpool side-by-side model number ED25PQXFH02 freezer cold but not freezing.

Where to start figuring out the problem? Pulled unit away from wall, unplugged it. re-plugged it in. Fans started working immediately. Woke up this morning and all ice cream melted, but freezer is only frig cold. Help!

    Why is the freezer not freezing, fridge seems ok. I turned up the freezer dial one notch, still nothing
