Why am I paid on a different date each month by Google?

I received my payments by google on the 13th of last month and this month I got them on the 22nd. I need to know why it took so long this time

    Google processes all qualified payments as quickly as possible within approximately 30 days of the end of the month. However, as the audit process may take longer for certain payment cycles, we cannot guarantee a set date each month on which your payments will be processed and sent.
