Why can't I acquire satellite signal with clear skies and no interruptions?

Even on Lake Michigan with clear skies I could not get signal and still can't now.

    It depends on your phone service, sometimes they don't have enough sattilites by the area you're in to get service. I would suggest to try finding a different location to call people.
