Why did Egypt Shut down Internet?

   The revolts in Egypt are driven by deep dissatisfaction with authoritarian regimes, but Internet technology has played a crucial role as a 21st century weapon for democracy movements. So the Egyptian government had to block internet.... in other words to block democracy they blocked internet!

    Internet was blocked in Egypt because it was being used to cause these stupid protests in the country. main reasons the protests are taking is the fact that lots of things in Egypt cost more than they use it be. These people should wakeup and smell the coffee, cost of things have gone up in every country. These protesters are being used and manipulated to cause disorder and its good that the internet is shut in the country.
