I have booked an online ticket of Qantas Airline but when I try to access my Qantas Airline booking account I get an error. Why do I get an error message when I try to view my Qantas booking?

Your booking reference consists of six letters and numbers. There are no zeros (0) or ones (1) in your booking reference if your booking was made online. If you made your booking with a travel agent, there are no restrictions on numbers and letters.
You can find your booking reference on:
    Your e-ticket itinerary receipt, or
    Your paper ticket.
If you booked your flight through a travel agent, you may be issued with a travel agent booking reference and a Qantas booking reference. You may use either booking reference on the manage your booking page.
If you receive an error that reads: ‘The system is temporarily unable to process your request’, please try again. (# 9102)
Send Qantas Feedback by selecting the category 'Website' then 'Technical Support' and advise that you have received this error. Include your booking reference and full name in the e-mail. If you cannot remember your booking reference, contact your travel agent or local Qantas office.
Alternatively, you can send Qantas Feedback by selecting the category 'Manage Your Booking' then 'View Booking' and advising that you don't have your booking reference. Include your flight details and full name in the e-mail.
