Why is the led flashing on my Samsung LCD TV?

Led light of my Samsung lcd TV is flashing! I wonder what might be wrong? Any idea how to fix it.

    Usually led flashes on Samsung LCD TV due to the  blown capacitors. If you open the back cover, you'll most likely see a few capacitors bubbled up. These need to be changed. They usually run for under $2 each.
