I want to know what would be the worst case If I share my Google account with my trusted friend.

    Any person or website with access to your Google Account can access all the services tied to it. For example, if you use the same Google Account to sign in to Google Groups and AdWords, someone who knows your Google Account will be able to view your information for both services.
