Northern Ireland and Rangers forward Kyle Lafferty has been ruled out of his country’s vital World Cup qualifier against Slovakia because of a knee-injury, which could seriously dent Nigel Worthington’s side’s hopes of reaching South Africa.

    Although he scored the crucial goal against Poland, Lafferty can and will be replaced.

    Worthington will have plans in place to replace him and I'm sure he would rather the Rangers forward was injured than Healy?
