Question:

Windows updates and not connecting to internet

I just recently had a new hard drive put into my gateway computer. I tried to connect to my cable internet last night through the internet and it would only connect as local only it said I had drivers or something missing. I then tried to check for windows updates and it came back with error code 8024402C I cannot get online on that computer to download the drivers either. I am currently using a different computer to get online since I cannot connect with the gateway.

    I think you should call your internet service provider he can fix it for you.
