With all the hype about stealing youngsters from around the world, why doesn’t Fifa implement some rules and regulations to make what you can and can’t do clearer for clubs?

    You’re right it really is a disgrace. What I would suggest is that youth players have to play for teams in whatever country they originate from until they are released or signed on a contract and sold. What I would suggest are these rules be relaxed for players who come from 3rd world country or whose lived could be significantly improved by moving abroad.
