cb blows fuses and will not turn on

Cb is a cobra dx III when hooked up blows fuses and will not turn on i have replaced them and tried to hook it up the other way and is still blowing fuses

    The front end protection diode is probably burned. You need to ship it in for repair. try www.dodgem250.com
