   If the TV has a MENU or SETTING/SETUP physical button on it, front or side, then try pushing this button several times. It may be intermittently closing due to a physical fault. Also be sure your Remote is not faulty. Put it out of range or reverse it so the IR beam cannot xmit to TV.
   
   Else, TV itself is failing or shorting between physical button, or IR Receiver electronics, to TV microprocessor.

   I have the 22' LCD and there are fuzzy white borders on the top and bottom of my screen. What should I do? I just took it out of the box!? Help! PLEASE

   I have a dynex LCD22 which is hooked up to videotron HD.  It has worked like a charm until 10 minutes ago.  I now have perfect sound on both TV and DVDs but now picture.  I have tried unplugging it but it has not worked.  What can I so next?

   i have a dx-ltdvd22-09 and the close caption will not turn off. i've made sur the close captions is off, but it still on screen.
