    Back pains are usually caused from carrying too much weight, incorrect sleeping position, or some sort of injury to your spinal cord. The best way to treat back pain is to see a chiroprachter. They will be able to help you the most. Besides that, applying heating to your injured area can help relax muscles around the spine. Also changing your pillow to one approved by your doctor would also help, one which doesnt raise your head too high, or keep it too low. Hope it helped!
