how is Holi celebrated

I have been invited on Holi party by some Indian friends in Ohio but I don't know how they celebrate Holi. If anyone know please tell me.

    On the first day people spray color on each other and also enjoy with singing songs and dancing. Women decorate their houses with flowers and traditional 'rangolis' made on the doorways with colored rice powder or flowers and offer sweets, snacks and 'thandai', a milk-based cool drink to all those who visit their houses.
