    Burning of Holika is celebrated as Holi.Holika was sister to Prahlada who raised his voice against his own father Hiranyakashipu.
    Hiranyakashipu demanded that people stop worshiping gods and start praying to him.
    And Holi is the spring festival or festival of colors or festival of love
