   Hi,
   This error is generated when the password or Site Code are incorrectly set in the Client connection settings for that DVR .
   
   Default Site Code is 100-001
   Default Remote password is 1234 or <blank>
   Note: This is different from the level 1,2, and 3 password created to access Search and Setup
   These can be checked and changed at the DVR through SETUP
   
   Site Information tab - Site Code is located at the top of the window
   Modem Setup tab - Password and Confirm box in the center of the window
