    Hi,
    Well according to the user manual for this model, that particular fault code indicates a problem with the water lines and specifies that Miele technical support be contacted. I think perhaps while you were cleaning, something got loosened or knocked around and is giving you your current problem.

    Perhaps you should look inside at the various areas you cleaned, and see if there is anything "noticeably" wrong inside with the water lines. If you cannot determine the problem, you should probably contact Miele for recourse or possible repair.
