motorola h710 troubleshooting

I bought this new a couple of days ago and worked yesterday - excellent.
Charged it up this morning and when I open the boom nothing. No lights, nothing. Ideas?

    I have the motorola h710, and paired it to my iphone. I can hear the other caller, hear the phone ring, but they can not hear me, or cant use vocie calling. Help
