Question:

printer not communicating with computer even after re-installing drivers from website. Now what?

After moving we were unable to print from the computer as we kept getting error message:300.  After un-plugging and replugging all power and USB wires, re-installing drivers, computer still won't recognize printer

    go to control panel on pc. click on icon for printer. Make sure everything is in order for the computer to recognize printer. Sometimes the information is not correct. You have to change it.If this doesn't work you can always get help from your internet provider. They are there to help.
