   Hi! there.The TURN SIGNAL flasher is usually located under the dash about level with your right knee cap behind the panel just in front of your knee cap. It is difficult to see because it is mounted on the BACKSIDE of this knee level panel and if you use a mirror you can see it.
   
   The easiest way to identify it is to purchase a NEW turn signal flasher, This way you will see what your looking for.
