    someone told me to use hot water and wash the cd, then towel dry it from the centre out to the edge,do not go round and round, dry it and then run it again, if it still won't work, then surf to the manufactures site and request a new cd or download, barring that, take it back to the place of purchase, and let them replace it.or burn you a new one.
