what makes more money parking lots or self storage ?

i'm curious to know what business makes more money, parking lots or self storage units......i know they both are cash cows but which one would yield more return or profits?

    parking lots in the downtown core sectors of major cities bring in a lot of money. in new york city its 65 dollars just to park.....self storage brings in roughly 200 to 400 a month per unit, which is good money too, but parking lots on average can produce more turnover which makes them more money in the long term. one parking spot could make 400 a week almost. self storages do the same in a month. less turnover.
