i work in a office with over 200 people, i'm just wondering whats the best way to improve my conduct and my character when in office.

    setting the example is the only way to do it. you can ask others to improve thier own conduct but if you don't improve yours as the leading example your going to find yourself in the midst of many angry and rebellious people.......to improve conduct smile more often, say more kind words, and ask more about people's families and interests. you will overnight improve your conduct in office
