why won't my zuzu pet walk around. he stays put.

   cause you have to turn the zuzu pet on

   My kid's zuzu pet did the same thing.  There are 3 buttons as seen here http://www.zhuzhupets.com/help.html .  The "explore" button was jammed in crooked. To free it up first unscrew the battery cover (wheel assembly) and remove it.  Then remove the 2 screws holding the inner battery holder to the outer shell and pull out the unit using pliers.  Just  pulling it out a little bit will allow the explore button to float freely and recenter itself.  Now put the inner unit back inserting the nose end first.  It took me a few tries to get it back in right.  You can tell it's correctly when all 3 buttons feel right when pushed.
