Boston Acoustics TVee Model 20 keeps truning off

2day old BA TVee Model 20 keeps turning itself off.  I have it hooked up via the head phone jack splitter as I don't have audio out on my LG 47" LED flat screen.  Also, there is no discernable bass comming from the bass unit.  I have double checked the wifi settings and all connections.  Still nothing.  My system sounds nothing like the one demmoed for me at Best Buy.

    Basically you have get a new TV so if their is any issue regarding it ask the company first because there should not be any issue regarding it because it is a brand new appliance.

    My subwoofer cuts out after about two minutes. I've tried changing the channel settings in back but to no avail. HELP!
