Is it fair that Chelsea have been banned from signing players or is it Michel Platini again persecuting English football?

    I think it’s quite clear that Platini has it in for England. I don’t know why? Jealous of our superior league system and national team? Yes I think that’s it.

    Chelsea should be banned from signing players; if they go round cherry picking the best youngsters just because they are rich then it won’t be fair on everyone else.
