How do I turn the sound down on the Sharper Image MP4 Touch

   You can only turn music up or down on the music player screen.
   step 1: Go to desk top and Touch the FILE icon
   step 2: Touch Internal DISK C
   step 3: Scroll down and Touch the MUSIC icon
   step 4: Then on the EXplorer screen Touch the Artist you desire
   step 4: Choose the song and touch the icon
   step 5: You will see the Music player and hear your song
   step 6: On the music player TOUCH the icon on the right bottom of the
           screen(it looks like a horn)
   step 7: Now adjust the sound with the arrows above the long bar.
