How to wire a Doerr Electric motor to run on 110vac

Motor is #62385-B  CY from a older drill press. There is about 6 wires coming out of the motor.

    I have a Doerr 1 hp elec. motor 115/230 volts. Leads t-1 thru t5 and a t-8 wires. Wiring for 115 volts is L1 wired to - t1,t3 & t8. L2 wired to T2, t4, & t5. I want wire this motor to a Dayton reversring switch, model 2x440.
    switch wireing Forware 2,1,3 & 4,6,5  Reverse 1,2,4 &3,5,6
