Kung Fu Panda 2 is a 2011 3D American computer-animated action comedy film for both kids and their families. It is the sequel to the Kung Fu Panda which was released in 2008. The film is about Po, the main character of the film, is now living his dream as The Dragon Warrior who save the Valley of Peace with his friends and other fellow kung fu masters known as The Furious Five. But Po's new life of awesomeness is in danger by the appearance of a terrible villain, who is planning to use a secret, inevitable weapon to beat China and wipe out kung fu. Po must see to his past and find the secrets of his mysterious origins; in that way Po will be able to use his strength which is needed to succeed. In general, Kung Fu Panda 2 has got good reviews, while critics are praising its animation, 3D effects, and character development. The film has done the business of $122,127,718 till now.
