Who named the problem a bug?

I was just wondering  that what is wrong with the English grammar. When ever there was a problem its named as problem. But when there is some sort of problem with computer then why do people say it is a bug?

     well i think the problem "BUG" was named after a bug an insect or something, or may be sum person named it bug while he was using his computer when a bug came by and started bugging him
