Why the revolt in Muslim countires rising one after another?

   Starting from Egypt, Tunisia and now Libya, the Muslim countries of the middle east are seem to be going through so called a revolt. But one does feel that was it planned by the citizens of these countries or was it done by some external powers as they have taken place one after anotther. If the Muslims around the world have really woken up so as to bring a big change in the Muslim world then it should be all the Muslims rising together irrespective of their country or leadership.
