    People thought Platini was irreplaceable. Yet, Zidane proved that nothing can be discounted.

    However, Zizou was one of the finest players to ever grace a football field and leaves a huge void in the France midfield.

    No-one in the current French squad comes close to the former Real Madrid legend.
