my goat is die'n but what is she die'n of?

ok she is a rescued goat so i dont know her age and her and her goat friends where all in really bad shape when i got them all of them gained wait but her. then one day she didnt show up for feeding time i found her on her side she had had massive diarria. all she would do is scream and paddle her feet she cant get up i got her to eat and drink yesterday but today nothing she cant even make noise today she tries but nothing comes out. she hasnt gone to the bathroom in attleast 24hours. im having a vet come out to day to put her down but i still want to know whats wrong with her and if it can be passed to her fellow goats or my horses? what do you think
