Recieved this unit 2 days ago as a gift. Today it froze so i turned it off and back on and now the nav system will not work. Tried to dvd but it will not load on my pc...

    I BOUGHT A SANYO EASY STREET NVM-4370 A FEW WEEKS AGO AND IT WORKED FINE FOR A WHILE AND THEN IT JUST STOPPED WITH SOUND.THE NAV WORKS FINE BUT I DON,T HAVE ANY SOUND.I NEED TO KNOW WHAT TO DO? I TOOK IT BACK TO THE STORE WHERE I GOT IT FROM AND THEY SAID THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO TELL ME.CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT TO DO?
