shoplifting dog that steals

Don't the security guards already have enough dealing with shoplifters; now they also have to deal with shoplifting dogs? Where is this world coming to and what’s up with the dogs?  There are Vip dogs which are being bought for load of cash and then there are shoplifting dog. could it be that the same VIP dog was important because he can provide return on your investment by stealing stuff from the supermarket.

    wow this dog reminds me of the one i had, my dog always stole my food but this dog is stealing from other people. They say you can train your dog to do anything; maybe the owner trained the dog to steal.  Who will be charged for shoplifting, the dog or the owner?
