webcam doesn't work with ICQ

   Hi,
   ICQ Video:
   
   4 things to check:
   
   1) Both parties use latest ICQ 6 build and  Windows XP (http://www.icq.com/download) or Vista
   2) both parties [http://www.icq.com/help/view_faq.php?faq_id=4725] allow ICQ Video to connect
   3) No other prg tries to access to the webcam
   4) No other capture device, e.g. a TV card is active, because ICQ 6 unfortunately often mis-detects them as webcams.

   Furthermore:
   
   Be sure to have latest DirectX from March 2008 ( http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/OS-Enhancements/DirectX-9.0c-Redistributable...)  and latest webcam and graphics card drivers.
