Sounds like a bad bearing or off balance spot on dryer drum

    Ask an electrician for this issue that your dryer has bumping sound than he can better tell you what to do and how to fix this problem according to me it is not a serious problem if handled properly.

    most likely the drum is cracked, this product should have been recalled. the list of people having this problem is a mile long.
