   Hi,
   find a place online that sells piercing needles and use one of those. don't listen to everyone else that says a sewing needle...you won't get the gage you want. Plus with a piercing needle you can actually pierce the skin and insert a temporary needle into the hole for you to wear a couple of weeks until it heels. Make sure you sterilize the needle very well. Step by step you should 1) Make a dot with permanent marker where you want the hole to go 2) hold ice to the dot to numb the pain 3)stab 4) wash with mild soap every day twice a day for 2-3 weeks. Just be careful and if your needle comes out sanitize and replace it immediately.
