   To remove these spots you have to follow these steps.
   
   1: Cover the drain in your sink to keep the water in, and gently set the affected dishes into it
   
   2: Fill the sink with hot water to cover the dishes, making sure that they are completely submerged.
   
   3: Pour in one or two cups of white vinegar.
   
   4: Add bleach-free dish soap to make the water sudsy; 1 to 2 tbsp. should do it.
   
   5: Allow the dishes to soak in the water for 15 minutes.
   
   6:Drain the water from the sink and wash each dish with warm, soapy water to remove any residual hard-water stains.
   
   7: Rinse the dishes well with warm water.
   
   8: Dry the dishes with a soft, clean dry towel before putting them away.
