Blackberry smartphone help

hey, im having a bit of trouble with the word to go application on my BBflip. when i attempt to open one particular document-which is the exact same format as the rest of my documents-it wont go though and a message comes up that reads:

! Index -1 >= 2

no matter where i look i cant find any mention of this error or any help for this problem...

does anyone know whats wrong?

    Not exactly sure what causes this, but I had a similar problem with a doc file in Word to Go on my Palm Treo. I re-opened it in MSWord, resaved it, reconverted it, and it was fine.
