Can I get a list of top Alexa sites using web services?

I was wondering if I can access top Alexa sites using web service. Any idea which lists I can get this way, I mean global, local or category based ranking.

    The Alexa Top Sites web service provides programmatic access to Alexa’s top sites data.   Using this service you can get lists of top sites globally or in a specific country.  The web service also returns the rank, reach, and pageviews per million data within a specific country.  Learn more at http://aws.amazon.com/alexatopsites/ .The Top 1,000,000 Sites list can also be downloaded directly from Alexa at http://s3.amazonaws.com/alexa-static/top-1m.csv.zip. Please note that the Top 1,000,000 Sites list is based on the 1 month average Traffic Rank.
